Paleo Chocolate Marble Waffles
As a kid, I loved absolutely anything that was chocolate marble and from the look of this big plate of marble waffles, I still do!! I had these waffles for a family brunch and they were the exact image of a perfect waffle. Crispy on the outside, nice and fluffy on the inside. You definitely won’t regret making this for breakfast!!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 cups arrowroot flour/starch
- 4 tbsp coconut flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. whisk all dry ingredients together in a large bowl EXCLUDING COCOA POWDER. Whisk in the wet ingredients and mix until smooth. Let sit for a few minutes to thicken.
2. Pour out half of the batter into another bowl and add in 1/4 cup cocoa powder.
3. Heat up a waffle iron (I used medium-high setting) and lightly grease. Pour a bit of each batter into the waffle iron, alternating between each one. Flip after about 2 minutes and cook until crispy on the outside. Serve right away and enjoy!!
