4-Ingredient Dark Chocolate Fudge by @the_everything_baker

 

Ingredients:

2 cups dark chocolate chips

1 cup creamy cashew butter

2 tbsp unrefined cocoa butter melted (about 2 chunks)

3-4 tbsp maple syrup room temp

1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Directions:

In a medium sized bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave until smooth. (Melt in 15-20 second intervals so it doesn’t burn).

2. Then add the cashew butter and melted cocoa butter into the melted chocolate, whisking it in a little bit at a time to prevent the mixture from becoming clumpy.

3. Lastly add the maple syrup and whisk until it is full combined. Again, try to add small amounts at a time.

4. Transfer fudge mixture to a 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and use a spatula to smooth out the top.

5. Let set in freezer for about an hour until hardened. Let thaw slightly before serving and slice into squares. Enjoy!!
