Who else loves eating cookie dough?? I know I do!! The only downside is that it usually has eggs in it so it’s not as safe to eat. You don't have to worry about that with this cookie dough!! Almond flour is safe to eat on its own, and there are no eggs in this recipe. Tastes like a healthier version of cookie dough that you can enjoy guilt-free!!
Edible Healthy Cookie Dough (gluten-free, refined sugar-free, low carb, paleo)
Cookie dough ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fine almond flour
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder/starch
- 2 tbsp smooth almond or peanut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 6 tsp mini dark chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients besides chocolate chips together with a spatula until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips than serve! You can also roll the dough into small balls for an easy snack idea.
