

Oreo Nice Cream

Ingredients:
- 2 cans of unsweetened full fat coconut milk @thaikitchen
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 2 pinches of salt
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 8-10 @goodiegirlcookies gf Oreo cookies roughly chopped
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl until combined, excluding the Oreo cookies.
2. Transfer to an ice cream machine and churn for about 15-20 minutes until it is thick and creamy. With a spatula, fold in the Oreo cookies.
3. Transfer the nice cream into a freezer-safe container and let freeze for about 3-4 hours and until hardened.
To serve, let it thaw slightly and then enjoy!!
** if you do not have an ice cream maker, you can pour ice cream mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and let freeze. Fold in the Oreos when the ice cream mixture has gotten slightly more hardened in the freezer so they all don’t just sink to the bottom. Note that the texture will be slightly icier without an ice cream maker.
